This review is for an appointment on 5/11/19. Really disappointed with Rachel as she was in a huge rash to leave as i was her last appointment and did a really poor job. I kept giving her feedback as we were going along but kept saying shed fix it later which of course she didn’t. She skiped steps in the process like filing with the rectangular spong and that has left fine pieces leaving nails looking uneven.
The worst bit was that she was cheeky enough to say I missed my appointment so that I wouldnt be able to leave any feedback as my disappointment was obvious, which is why i am leaving a review under a previous appointment. The other technicians have previously been better so Rachel is not necessarily representative of the service you receive here but ill make sure to avoid her next time.

They have a great range of colours here and the mani was done really quickly but still to a high standard - the dream!
