As always, a great experience and good quality service from Tee, my go to technician. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I always enjoy my time at the salon.

Have been coming here for years and was shocked to get to the till to be told that there was a 20% VAT to pay by card ON TOP. Which at the time worked out to be £11. I told them I booked on Treatwell and that I would be happy to pay through threatwell instead. The manager, Mino, came over, was EXTREMELY RUDE, rasied his eyebrows at me, said he was making an EXCEPTION. Don't see how it's an exception when you're unethically charging card-payers 20% extra when your VAT should already b included.
