I have walked past this place so many times and looked longingly into it. It's super cool, smells great, everyone in there (both clients and staff) is beautiful!
I used to think it was expensive and really just style over substance, but I will pay them all the money I need to be looked after by Lucy in there again.
I had expected a standard, relaxing, inoffensive, 'vanilla' massage in a nice place. What I got was THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD.
My goodness, she went to work on me, but she properly knew her stuff and was so passionate about her work - and clearly super experienced - while it hurt, I felt completely safe in her hands and would go back any time to get straightened out.
I was also pleasantly surprised about the depth of my facial; not just a bit of swirly swirly, scrub, wipe, face-pack, done; properly clearing and cleansing my skin, also coupled with great advice I'd never had anywhere else (even in posh hotels where they want £85 for a facial).
Great place. £££ entirely justified.

I don't get the chance to have my nails done regularly so I enjoyed this experience.
The venue was busy and buzzing which is always promising. Although my nails were being done at a table near the reception desk, I was able to look outside and watch things going on out there.
The lady who did my nails was very attentive to detail and did a thorough job.
