Lucy was so lovely and made me feel at ease during the lash lift treatment. My lashes look great, really long and curled. No need for mascara, which is fantastic! Such a positive experience! I will definitely be returning for more treatments! X

Lovely spa and treatment depending on who you have. the therapist I had on the second occasion did have a tendency to rip the wax off without holding the skin taut, which meant I had so many ingrown hairs afterwards.

There was an issue with the booking through treatwell but they were able to squeeze me in anyway. Penny who did my eyebrows took the time to listen to what I wanted and make sure I was happy with shape/colour etc. Love love results, will be returning
