This salon/spa was wonderful. My beautician Lucy was absolutely fantastic. Her facial was brilliant. I felt really relaxed and we chatted away at the beginning and as soon as it started I was in heaven. There was a really lovely atmosphere in the salon and lovely people to chat to after the treatment. I would definitely come again. One thing- as I arrived the receptionist blurted out 'Oh I dont have your appointment in my diary' which is the last thing you want to hear when you have waited and been so excited for a bit of pampering- in fact she was looking on the wrong day in the diary and then left me waiting instead of telling me that the beautician was with another client and wasnt going to be long. But meeting Lucy totally made up of this hence my glowing review!
