I wasn't able to be very clear in my online booking about what I was looking for in terms of styling (not just a blow dry but also curling), but the staff was very flexible with me when I arrived and explained what I wanted. I have thick hair that's down to my waist, but the styling they gave me held very well for the evening - not a small feat!
