It was my first time visiting Mirage in Ealing. Sunny and her team made the best effort to make me feel relaxed and consult me to find out exactly what I wanted. I left the salon feeling so happy and chuffed with my hair - I couldn't ask for a better experience. I am so happy with the result and can't wait for my next visit!

The staff were lovely and the venue was clean and comfortable and I particularly liked the wash basin chairs. The hairdresser was very lovely and competent however she cut my hair far shorter than I had asked and was horrified.

It was my first time at the salon, but based on my great experience I will definitely be back for further treatments. The conditioning treatment made my hair really shiny and soft and the hair wash and massage was twenty minutes of pure delight. They even rough dried it afterwards and included a coffee and sweets even though it was the end of the the day and they were closing up. Definitely recommend it.
