I went to see Miriam with recurrent headaches and upper back pain, it was a last ditch attempt to resolve the problem before going to a GP. I wasn't sure if it would help or not. I can say that the massage was one of the best I have ever had, I felt really cared for and supported. The massage itself was exactly the right pressure and Miriam kept checking if it was okay. I booked again for the following week and, fingers crossed, my headaches have actually pretty much gone away.
