Waxing was good but unfortunately I can't give more stars. I arrived 5 minutes before appointment but the salon was closed and the lady arrived 30 minutes later saying that I shouldn't have booked a 9:30 appointment since she is not there at that time - but the appointment was available on the website. The 2 ladies at the salon start arguing loudly about the delay and the overall situation was quite awkward. Delays can happen but they could have handled the situation more professionally
