Well, it's a small independent salon, so definitely not as glamorous as your average high street salon. I had some highlights done and wasn't asked whether I wanted a warm or a cold tone. My hair is treated and could have benefited from a mask or a deep conditioning treatment (which I would have been happy to pay extra for). Wasn't asked if I wanted a curly or straight blow dry, they just assumed I wanted it straight (and that wasn't the case). You pay for what you get, it's cheap and cheerful and fast but don't expect anything special. Staff is lovely.

The salon accommodated me even though I was late. The service was good.

Got seen very quickly - same day booking. Very good value. Some confusion over what was included in wax.
Eyebrows look lovely and everyone was really nice - also I didn’t have to wait at all!
