Very friendly and flexible re timing - wax was great too, there was no irritation or rash after as I had with other treatments - thank you!
Everyone there was lovely but there were many aspects of the pedicure that was just not up to par with the other salons that charge the same price (i.e. they put your feet on newspaper after your pedicure so your feet are stained with ink etc.
Bad bad BAD experience, really unpleasant and unprofessional.
From the beginning they made me uncomfortable telling me that the price of my deal was wrong and I would have to pay a compensation; after my complaints that no one warned me in advance of this (their) mistake (I booked a week in advance!) they said that Treatwell will charge him a 20% commission and they would not have earned anything on my service. I replied AGAIN that it was definitely NOT my fault but they continued to make me feel uncomfortable just for having chosen a deal offered by themselves: so many chances to put a bad situation right as failed at every opportunity given to them. Funny experience... well NOT AT ALL but anyway.

Worst experience I´ve ever had with a beauty treatment.
I got in and had to wait for 15 minutes, while the lady that was going to give me the treatment asked me really awkward questions about where I lived and where I worked.
Facial was dull and basically consisted in applying a face mask (I could have done this myself), but the massage - that was the worst! I strongly believe that the lady had no idea what she was doing whatsoever, nor was she closely qualified.
They made me pay in cash and the lady was super rude when I asked for a receipt as I was planning to get refunded for the rip off of the century - never got any receipt from them.
I´m not one to give reviews, but this was just so uncomfortable and such a bad experience that I wouldn´t want anyone else to go through it.
