This is hard to review the ratings as I did not stay for the appointment.
I arrived and was greeted by the therapist in a mask which was good and asked to fill a form in. All good.
Then went to the room which was clean. I noticed there was no screen between us and queried this with another lady who said we were both wearing masks so no need. I made the point that this was ok opposite for 15 mins but I wasn't happy for an hour and a half app. I left as didn't feel comfortable.
