friendly staff, good service, great treatment and haircut, only thing I would say is that, when not with a client, some staff can be a bit innatentive to those waiting or who have just come in

A day before the appointment I get a call to ask if full head or half head (when the Treatwell booking states full head highlights). On the day of the appointment I get a call at 9.30am saying that the stylist is just back from holiday so can't do my appointment? Not really a valid excuse! I booked this appointment in good faith and was let down by the salon. It was too late for me to get another appointment somewhere else for a few hours later... not very professional at all...Will not rebook.

Sam is a great hairdresser! My highlights looks great and the haircut was just what I wanted. Lovely blow dry too. Good value and I will definitely be back. Would recommend to anyone!
