After some confusion about my appointment (I don't think they checked treatwell and had booked another client in last minute, meaning they didn't have enough hairdressers for the number of clients at the same time), the manager/owner went and got a hairdresser from elsewhere. She turned out to be great and I love my new haircut, it looks good even after the first wash and with very little maintenance. Not too much chatting, just got on with it.
