I'd been thinking of going from very long hair to short for a year now. I hadn't intended to do it yet because I wasn't sure. The peaceful Thursday vibe in the salon helped my mind be clear and make that decision. 2 days later I am pleased I made the right decision. I will be going back to the salon.

3rd stylist used today, excellent! It is a shame that you cannot book a preferred hairdresser online if you want to pay by credit card or PayPal as salon only accepts cash.
