my appointment was rescheduled 2 times last minute, and when I finally came over I ended up waiting for 25 minutes because the hairdresser was busy with another client even though I had an appointment. I asked for the wavy perm with no curls multiple times and even showed reference photos I double checked and made sure that she understood me because she had bad English. The stylist did the opposite of what I asked for and gave me the curliest perm ever.
