Excellent! I loved it and will be a regular :) I had a wash-haircut-blow dry and a microdermabrasion. Both the hairdresser and the beautician were friendly and professional. My appointment started on time, which is very important for me, no sitting around and waiting :) i have tried the haircut once before and their service is consistent so definitely will go back. I have tried microdermabrasion elsewhere but here i thoroughly enjoyed it, she cleaned my face first (sounds basic but I didn't get that in other places!) , and after the treatment she applied a mask and gave me some advice...very nice ambience and most importantly clean!! The venue is just across the street from the underground station - easy and convenient location

Bought as a gift for my mum who was happy with the cut and colour. Only issue was not advising her of the cost of having her roots done at the time of offering the treatment and at the end advising this was almost as much as the highlights and haircut.
