The Good Stuff:
They used fresh lime and lemon in the water and as a scrub to freshen feet
The hot towel and mint mask, if you are having the "luxury"
The Rest:
It was "okay". The pedicure was fine, the service left a lot to the imagination.
I was booked in for a "luxury" pedicure. There's not much that's luxurious about this place. It's just a standard high street nail bar. When I arrived (on time), barely acknowledged I was told to sit down, the guy pointed at a chair, and off I went. 15 minutes later my treatment eventually started, mainly because another customer, who did not have an appointment was seen to first, bizarrely. The massage function on the chairs was broken - customer A had taken the only one that was working. There are nicer high street nail bars, with better service and for the same (or lower) price. No special reason to seek this particular place out.
friendly staff, but they hadn't made a booking . fortunately someone was free to cover. Pedicure good ,nail prep was ok, but the varnish had chipped the next day.
The staff were great. They were very apologetic because they were running late. I had a manicure & shellac. The finish was excellent!! Will definitely use them again!
