The pedicure itself was adequate- all the regular things you'd expect a pedicure to be, with the addition of a foot scrub and hot towel which make it a "spa pedicure".
The picture the salon provided on their website under "spa pedicure" is misleading as it appears to be done in a private room, surrounded by tranquility and soothing ambience. It also promises to be relaxing as well as suited to your individual needs, however this was not be case; the treatment was carried out in the tiny salon crammed with other chairs/ nail treatment chairs and other than the colour, nothing else was discussed.
The salon was not exactly tidy to be honest and the staff were talking amongst themselves which made the experience less relaxing. This is why I only rate it 3 stars. Maybe Miza can update their description on their website to reflect what the salon and pedicure area really looks like.
The salon is just like any other nail salon you'll find on the highstreet.
This is my local nail bar which I go to from time to time. The service is fine and the quality consistent. I don't like that they try encourage you not to book online as I like being able to use my phone APP to book rather than call, and I like my Wahanda points.
