The wax that was used was dirty and left me covered in pus filled sores. The method used when pulling off the hair was wrong and has left me with ingrown hairs all over my legs. I went to another reputable salon and they confirmed this. The therapist was very lovely but I cannot excuse the treatment due to the awful affects it has had. I wouls advise against using this salon for waxing unless a patch test has been done.

Staff and room were great and very friendly, my threading is perfect too! More hair and wax left over from my wax than I’d be happy with though.

My experience with Misbah was brilliant. She took time at the beginning of the appointment to consult with me about what I wanted. She was professional, friendly and the whole experience was done quickly but meticulously. I had booked for a face wax but Misbah went back over some problem areas with threading and I don't think she's missed a single follicle. I'll definitely be back again.
