Normally don’t do this, but this experience was absolutely terrible. She was very nice but felt that she had no idea what she was doing. The Hollywood took 1 hour, and was very painful. The shellac manicure took forever (like 1 hour) and it wasn’t even a good job. The shellac went off(?!) after 5 days....
