Misha was very nice but she didn't know how to cut hair, let alone curly hair. I was really not impressed by the space or cleanliness and my haircut was not good. The high star rating is misleading because I think they apply to her other services, not the salon services. I did get a partial refund and Treatwell were very helpful and gave another £5 off my next cut but had to get another cut from somewhere else (which was amazing and also through treatwell).
I felt a bit scarred after my session with Mishia even though she was perfectly nice.
I booked a toner for my hair. The salon called me to confirm my booking, the lady didn’t seem to know what a toner was and didn’t understand that I had already booked for that evening. After explaining that it was to tone down highlights she agreed to do it. I would’ve cancelled at this point had I not already paid on the app. It’s worth saying as well that on the phone she said that it would be an extra £10 if my hair was longer than 70cm. When I got there there was no consultation as in the description on the treatwell page, she just looked at my hair and then made up a ‘toner’ which turned out to basically just be bleach. My hair is dark brown and had highlights in it, my hair is now ginger with super bright highlights. At the end I said I wasn’t happy but didn’t trust them to fix it(not that they offered, they said the only thing they could do was make it even lighter). They also charged me an extra £15 despite my hair being shorter than 70cm, so the whole thing cost me £50 for a terrible job. I’m sure the salon is fine for manicures etc but do not go here to get your hair done.
