I booked very last minute (around 15 minutes before turning up for my booking). Given this, they were not expecting me and I had to wait 30 minutes for my treatment. This is understandable, but maybe there is a way to avoid such last-minute bookings, if they won't be honoured.

The eyebrow threading I had was very thorough and well done. However the massage after lasted only a minute as another customer arrived and I was rushed out so she could deal with the new customer which I found very rude. I will not be returning.
