Been going here a couple years now! Always come for a wax, easy service and great finish. I keep going back, it's value for money 5 out of 5 !
My appointment was cancelled at the last minute so I rearranged for first thing the next morning. The main hairdresser was still off sick so they had a stand in. She was a lovely friendly lady but I wasn't happy with my hair.
I only wanted a tidy up of layers and length but the cut was haphazard and the hairdresser was really clumsy with it. Cut doesn't look too bad so I thought fair enough let's see if blow dry will sort it out. I asked for volume and layers turned under.
1hr later I was so frustrated. My hair was still wet, it's was fizzy because the whole head was dried with a vent brush. She seemed to go over the same sections again and again but then bits of hair would drop and she would leave it - hence the wet parts.
It just felt like she had no experience of longish straight hair. I was very disappointed and had to go home straight after to finish drying it and try and do something with it.

Very considerate service - my first time waxing and the staff really set me at ease. The room could do with a once-over but the surface I lay on was perfectly clean and the wax itself was very professional. Great value and I will be using again.
