Fantastic customer service, I received an amazing wash, cut and blow dry. Considering my hair is quite straight and flat, Adar who is amazing was able to give me a luscious wavy voluminous curls. She uses great equipment and really takes pride in her work so I am definitely coming back.
It was my birthday so I also decided to get a massage which was a surreal experience. I was so relaxed and Misha was really professional and polite.
I absolutely loved my experience, I am a regular customer here and they really look after me. The fantastic colourist knows exactly what to do and gives me the perfect trim/cut. Being a regular, I also get my bikini wax done here which is very clean and Misha makes me relaxed added with calming music in the background and candles. She is also an expert therefore it is all done to a perfect standard upholding great hygiene.
I'm afraid I would not go to Misha again. She seems like a nice enough lady, but from the moment I arrived, she left me standing at the door, didn't welcome me in or tell me where to go, then just kept walking around me and talking to the Wahanda photographer she had in. She told me she didn't expect me to turn up, which was very strange, as it was my first time there. She would be better served to look after her actual clients from Wahanda than the photographer tbh. Then she really hurt me with the first wax and when I exclaimed loudly, she said it's fine! Yes, for you because you're not having hair ripped off your nether regions! I said I thought I had booked for a hot wax, which she then did and that was okay and didn't really hurt...but then at the end she insisted on charging me an extra £5 for it when none of this had been agreed. I'm sorry but there are far nicer places with far better services for far cheaper on Wahanda.

Together with my hair the owner removed the skin too, so I was bleeding and I was sore for 2 days. She is really sweet but not so prepared...
