The lady was calling me a few days before hand to try to get me to change the appointment ... And when I arrived on the day, she was definitely not expecting me because she was eating when I arrived. The 'waxing room' is not very clean there was wax everywhere, I just don't feel very hygenic and comfortable there
Venue was excellent and I able to fine it easily just opposite to local Argos. Staff was friendly and started my treatment on time without waiting. Place was clean over all and they used quality products. They listened to me during treatment and made minor changes which I requested and did not charged extra money. Hair stylist did not rushed as some customers were in waiting but she took her time until I fully satisfied with style.
Waxing treatment also done nicely and the took extra care in hygiene and cleanliness during treatment. Therapist was experienced and did the job skillfully. As a discount and making me a happy customer therapist did 10 minutes Indian head-massage for free. Over all I am happy with my treatments and will come back again.
The staff was lovely however she cut my cuticles way too short and I was bleeding. Regarding the nail polish I left the salon with loads of smudges. Really disappointed, I could have done it myself better and for free

Misha was nice and friendly however thought I was someone else throughout the appointment (despite confirming my name and what treatment I wanted when I arrived). The wax during my Hollywood was painfully hot and I had to ask 3 times to cool it down. Misha struggled to remove the wax - very painful (in ten years of waxing was one of the most painful). My eyebrows were done very thin and not finished as another client arrived. Sadly not the experience I was hoping for. Will not be going back.
