Although the salon was dirty and very unprofessional when it came to booking my appointment in for a set of nails a few weeks ago, I was very happy with the results. The nail technician was lovely and made me feel comfortable, will definitely go back for my infills xx
Terrible experience overall. The salon changed my appointment in the last minute and when I arrived there, it was shut. After waiting for 20 mins and getting no apology, the staff rushed my haircut and said that as there is no time, they won't do the treatment I had originally signed for. The salon was very dirty (including dirty scissors and combs) and the staff kept talking about me in a language I don't understand. My haircut is below any standard (I could have done the same job probably) and they managed to cut a big chunk of my hair off by mistake, saying 'oops' when iy happened. Overall I dont recommend it to anyone!

The staff was polite and helpful, I was given lovely face masks and a massage on my shoulders and arms which I thought was a nice addition to the treatment. The salon has not been open for that long yet and the beautician's slight inexperience shown in an occasional clumsiness when applying treatments and extraction of spots. Overall I think it was good value for money and I would go back for the same price.
