Misha has damaged my skin and left two areas of my skin ulcerated. This was a Hollywood wax so I am now in significant pain due to the extremely poor quality of the treatment I received and the highly sensitive area of skin that has been left ulcerated. She was 5 mins late to the appointment the salon was not open when I arrived. She ‘double dipped’ into the wax, going between my skin and wax with the same spatula. This is extremely unhygienic. I have complained to Treatwell and want a refund.
