Brazilian Waxing
Absolutely worst experience I have ever had. I don’t usually post any reviews but would like to warn people against this place. The door was locked and I was stood outside for a whole before anyone bothered to answer it. I got taken to a dodgy dirty room, with wax and hair from a previous client already on the waxing table. The person doing my wax was extremely rude and unprofessional. Rather than making me feel at ease, I was made to feel very uncomfortable. When I got undressed, she didn’t lock the door. When she started on the wax, she told me it’s stupid that I’ve shaved in the past and when I do get a wax, to make sure it’s done professionally. In the past, I’ve had my waxing done by benefit who are professionals. She then put wax that was way too hot on me. When I said could she lower the temperature she looked like I’d offended her. Her conversation revolves around how bad and thick my hair was. The pain was excruciating and a lot worse than what I’ve experienced which is down to the heat but also me feeling very tense and uncomfortable. I told her I needed a Hollywood wax for holiday and she said it was too much effort. When it came to paying, She then overcharged me despite me using this app. Please do not give your money to these people.
