For such a great location inside of Westfield, I think the staff need to be more professional and not treat you differently if you booked via Treatwell.
Service is mediocre, just about satisfactory. They don't really listen to what you want.
It was a bit crowded and took longer than expected. Staff polite and friendly
Lovely atmosphere. Have my nail and eyebrow treatments done here @ SNGBEAUTIQUE. Westfield London. Beauticians makes you feel very welcome and would definitely recommended. I feel very good after treatments
