ABSOLUTE SCAM ! They charged me for acrylic infills and accepted my booking then when I got there said they don’t do that they refused to give me my money back after I was down £80 and it was to late to book somewhere else ! SCAMMERS
The shellac removal took more than twice the booked time, there was only removal tool whose battery dies within a couple of minutes, so after soaking most of the removal was done with a filter - which wasn't great
Rosi was great ! She’s is lovely and did my eyelashes very fast and they look great! Will definitely come back :)
