When I arrived I was gracefully greeted and was given an apology for lateness. I was offered a refreshment. Then when my box colour was being put on and told how long it will take. Then next lot of colour was put on and again was told how long it will take. Every step I was kept informed. Then hair rinse and wash. Then straightened and trim. Altogether a very pleasant experience and value for money.
