Rachel is stubborn and thorough when it comes to finding and getting rid of knots. She was EXCELLENT at explaining what was going to happen and was very apologetic at the more painful knots. I cannot recommend her enough - if you've got some bad tension that needs a deft hand, get a session with Rachel.
