When I came in to see Rachel I could not move . I had to get a lift as even moving gear stick radiated pain down my back. Rachel worked really deep into my muscles which has helped immensely. I’m having a further treatment on Friday. Thank you Rachel is first class ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Incredibly sore and tight neck that Rachel worked through with deep tissue technique including heat and fascia release. Pain reduced and my range of motion massively increased post-massage! Thank you!
