I'd never had a deep tissue massage before and decided to try as I had been experiencing lots of tension and tightness. Luckily this is Rachel's expertise!
She concentrated on all the areas she found and worked really hard to remove the many knots I had. Bless her, some were really bad.
She regularly explained the technique required and checked whether pressure used was ok.
Went home, slept well and as she said I would really feel it the next day! I've really noticed how better I feel

My first deep tissue massage and God was it needed!! Rachel is AMAZING and talked me through everything, made me feel instantly comfortable and checked in on me consistently to make sure. Very knowledgeable and supported me with different exercises/recommendations for other issues. Studio lovely and cosy and conveniently located. Thank you so much again, look forward to going again sometime soon x

Rachel is amazing . I had a deep tissue massage, and after the massage I felt that all my knots in my back had gone.
