Booked a deep tissue massage last minute. But I am so glad I did. I had ALOT of Tightness and tension within in my back and after a consultation, Rachel set to work. She knows exactly what she is doing. She checked in throughout the massage to make sure that the pressure was fine (she had to really dig deep in some parts of my back). It’s been 2 days since the massage but I can honestly say it’s the best massage I’ve ever had. I felt like a new woman and still do . Can’t wait to book again
