All crooked, no nails are the same shape, or length. Had to stop and explain 10 times that I all wanted the same length (which should be an obvious), tell her to fill the side, point of acrylic is to build nail, she was just gonna smack it on top. If I asked something, just immediately talking to her colleagues in own language... rude . If I had not payed beforehand, I would have not have payed .
