I was very disappointed with my last visit, I have been several times to get my acrylics removed, never had an issue but unfortunately had a different lady and I will not be returning. What they say will be a 25 minute appointment was 1 hour 5 mins which made me late back to work (I only go in my lunch break) how a removal appointment can take that long is ridiculous. She even hurt me and I now have a red sore on my finger. I unfortunately had prepaid on the app but I would like a refund
