Won't come again, and won't recommend to others. The first blow was that my partner was left to wait 25 minutes before he was served after I had to remind staff for the second time that he was booked in. Most upsentingly, after I had finished and my partner was half way through, I was told by staff that they had given us both a more expensive nail procedure than we had booked/paid for, and demanded we pay the additional charge for their mistake.
