Much needed massage to start my weekend off. As I regularly work out from doing weight training to boxing to HIIT and circuit training and to sprinting on the tracks, it is no surprise my entire body aches. Giovanni was able to loosen up all my back, shoulder and leg muscles, as well as provide some tips on how to train efficiently to prevent soreness. The location was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend.
