The staff were so friendly and payed a lot of attention to detail making sure I was happy with the whole process. They also really listened to how I wanted my eyebrows. The environment was also really relaxing and I was given a lovely head massage. Lovely experience!

I rarely go to a beauty place or spa so when I do go I’m usually a little apprehensive but entering Mitra’s brow bar I was instantly put at ease, it is a beautiful and calm space and Mitra is lovely. She explained everything she was doing and constantly checking in with me to make sure I was happy with products used etc. Head and shoulder massage was amazing and Elham was so helpful in describing other treatments I was interested in without being pushy. 100% recommend you check them out!
