Avoid the bikini wax here, I'm all for no nonsense efficiency for bikini waxing but this therapist was rude verging on mean...asking, why I was so stressed as she ripped half my skin off! Left with severe lasting redness and wax still on the skin. I was a few minutes late so maybe that's why, but not nice at all. Not sympathetic to modesty, no dispoasable knickers or privacy to change, very brash, rude and painful. In 10 years of waxing, this is the 2nd to worst bikini wax ever...don't ask about the worst....!
