Staff is really friendly and helpful, variety of nail varnish colours provided, refreshments are offered. Overall its a very relaxing experience of pampering.
Very cute salon, nice neighborhood, easy tube/overground/bus access.
The staff were very friendly and greeted me warmly, offered tea and biscuits. The place was a bit small, but VERY clean, nicely decorated.
The reason my rating is not perfect is because I didn't think that the place was that well-suited for pedicures. I would get a manicure here, since they seemed better equipped, with a proper manicure table, drying lights, etc.
I got the pedicure deluxe, and I thought it was satisfactory but not very special. I was quite uncomfortable in a small chair more designed for hair treatments, and I prefer the big chairs in proper nails salons with vibrating massages, and a whirlpool bath for the feet rather than just a tub.
The pedicurist did a fine job, but I didn't feel that it was very special. I have had spa and deluxe pedicures in other places and there are usually more frills. The "scrub" was very perfunctory, and she didn't really rub very hard. The "massage" was I suppose when she rubbed my feet a little through a towel. She had a very weak grip and it didn't feel very good. I also felt like maybe she was a bit disgusted by my feet (although they are nothing particular, just regular feet!) because she kept dousing them in sanitizer gel, again and again.
The pedicure looked nice and my feet felt good at the end, although one last thing is that I was disappointed that there is no fan or dryer to dry the nails at the end... They just sprayed them with nail drying aerosol and told me I could go. But I didn't think it was sufficient and I was right: when I got home I saw that my polish was all smeared unfortunately.
All in all, this was a very nice place, friendly people, clean, cute, BUT I don't think I would get a pedicure there again... I would go to a proper nail salon.

This is the best place to get a manicure in London I think. Immaculate manicure and great service and ambience in the salon. I would definitely recommend, the manicures really last -3 weeks with no chipping or peeling!
