It was pretty easy to find and the staff were really lovely and for £38 I got quite a good mani/pedi - although the finished product wasn't great, the process was nicely indulgent and I enjoyed relaxing and being pampered while watching Friends on their tv. I have booked another appointment for a mani/pedi as they have a great deal on for £30 and I am looking forward to the next time I have time off to myself!
I was looking for a place that charges less than 50 pounds for a Brazilian and so I gave this place ago (it was half the price!). Then again, I got what I paid for. The wax they used was similar to the wax I've had at more expensive places, but the technician took all of the hair off in about 4 strips and it was extremely, extremely painful (every other place I have been does small areas with many strips to ease the pain). Also, they didn't do the backside which I didn't realize until I left.

Mani/Pedi with Gel were very well done.
Gel lasted very long, happy with it!
I would recommend, good value.

The whole experince was really good. The staff are hard working and efficiant, the salon very clean.
Salon is in a handy location, only downfall is being hte basement so no natural light. But whos cares about that for an hour?
