Absolutely terrible left bleeding during Hollywood wax so had to stop after less than 10 mins. I’ve been going for years to a specific therapist and Andrea was terrible they also didn’t care when I told the lady at reception and told me to just call Treatwell. So upset at how I’ve been treated and left physically bleeding avoid avoid

Therapist really lacked gentleness which made the wax, already a painful thing to do, rather an uncomfortable experience. The most uncomfortable part of it all, however, was when it was over and the therapist decided to give me a ‘massage’ while rubbing in the aftercare cream - bare in mind I was receiving a Hollywood wax. This felt very inappropriate and I’m afraid I will not be returning to this salon.
