Firstly Betty is nice and helpful.
However, the salon really needs new tools and products.
The brushes are extremely and hardly have any bristles left definitely not salon quality as they leave hair frizzy. Only 1 type of hairspray is available and overall very limited options. I take my own rollers as the ones they have would pull my hair out. It's time to invest in some salon-quality products and tools I hope the owner of the salon reviews the current condition.

Niko was great and quick at waxing legs and bikini line. She was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout. I can’t wait to be back again for more treatments - thank you!
