It took quite a long time for a simple cut and bow dry (over an hour!!) and when I first arrived, it looked very closed. The hairdresser was lovely, very chatty and sweet, but quite slow. I enjoyed the hair mask!

It was ok but not great as the hairdresser got shampoo in one of my eye and then when she was cutting my hair my hair was in my face and then when she was Drying my hair she keep burning my head.
