The woman was very sweet but she did not know how to do facial waxing. What should’ve taken 5 minutes max took close to 20, and there is still hair left everywhere. She couldn’t control the wax so waxed down my cheeks and chin despite just needing my lip, and ended up using tweezers because she couldn’t get the hair out - I could’ve done this myself at home. When I said she could use threading she said they didn’t do that despite having it listed at the spa and on Treatwell. Will not be returning.
