Amazing stuff that take care of everything thing. I’m pregnant and they were over the top pampering me and recommending what is safe to use during pregnancy. Very relaxing facial. My skin is glowing 🤩🤩

The beautician never turned up. I waited half an hour in reception when eventually someone came out no apology or offer for us to have service. Extremely poor

Waited 30 minutes at the spa reception no staff around. 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment I had to get gym staff to knock on treatment room door, staff finally came out. Never apologised for being late or not turning up. Apparently the manager wasn’t in and they were doing training. It appeared 3 staff members had locked themselves in treatment room and only came out when gym staff went looking for them. Very poor customer service, I will not book here again.
