I felt really well taken care of by my masseuse who checked in with me and made me feel comfortable during my deep tissue. The pressure was hard on my back, but afterwards it was adjusted for the rest of my body.

So it has been 2 days now and I have been trying to ring the spa but keep getting sent to voicemail. I have even left a voicemail and received no call back. My overall experience was very poor. Charlene was lovely however her work was not pleasant at all. When getting a Hollywood wax, Charlene used strip wax on my inner thighs, when pulling the strip off it became stuck on my skin which has now caused me to have a massive bruise and a blister in between my thighs. Please can someone contact me!
