I arrived 15 mins early as requested but unfortunately the treatment didn’t start for another 30mins! Staff were pleasant, my therapist was nice but seemed a bit rushed, I had to remind her I was pregnant and could I have my head lifted a little as she’d not had a chance to read my registration card. The treatment was pleasant and relaxing although took a while to get going due to running late. Was supposed to be 55 mins but we were finished in 45 which was a little bit of a shame. Other customers outside in the reception were very noisy throughout my treatment, my therapist apologised for this afterwards but possibly could’ve asked them to be quieter during it. The spa toilets were very dirty both times I used them. Overall I’d go back again as the treatment was nice and good value but as it’s part of a leisure centre and you get everyone using the sauna, steam and pool coming through the spa it’s not the most relaxing of venues.
